01General Terms & Conditions

02Account Register

• One Account Policy: Each person may open one account only. Creating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, bank account, or mobile number is strictly prohibited.
• Password Security: Keeping your login credentials confidential is your responsibility. Do not share your password with anyone. You are solely responsible for all activity carried out on your account.
• Update Information: If your personal details change, you must notify 385bet immediately. Outdated or incorrect information may cause withdrawal delays.
• Account Transfer: Selling, transferring, or renting your 385bet account to any third party is strictly prohibited.

After registration, 385bet may request identity verification at any time. Failure to submit the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account suspension.

03Identity Verification (KYC)

385bet's Know Your Customer (KYC) process is part of international anti-money laundering regulations. All users must complete KYC verification before making a withdrawal.

• A clear photo of your National ID (NID) or passport.
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement).
• Proof of mobile banking account ownership.

KYC verification is typically completed within 24-48 hours. Complex cases may take up to 7 business days. All KYC information is kept strictly confidential and may only be shared with regulatory authorities when required.

04Deposits & Payments

Deposits at 385bet are currently supported via Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket. The following rules apply to all deposits:

• Minimum deposit: BDT 100
• Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly.
• You must only use payment methods registered in your own name.
• Depositing through a third party is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.
• If a deposit fails, the amount will be refunded within 3–7 business days, depending on the payment gateway.

385bet does not charge any deposit fees. However, your mobile banking provider may apply its own charges, which are governed entirely by that provider's policies.

05Withdrawal

385bet is committed to ensuring fast and secure withdrawals. The following rules apply strictly to all withdrawal requests:

• Minimum withdrawal: BDT 500
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in your own name.
• Withdrawals will be on hold until KYC verification is complete.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within an average of 15–30 minutes.
• To withdraw bonus funds, you must meet the specified wagering requirements.
• If fraud is suspected, 385bet may temporarily suspend a withdrawal and conduct an investigation.

06Bonuses & Promotions

385bet regularly offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms, which are detailed on the relevant promotion page.

• Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus plus 200 free spins on your first deposit. This bonus is available once only.
• Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (typically 30–40x) before withdrawal.
• Validity: Every bonus has an expiry date. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once it expires.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts or using any other method to obtain bonuses will result in the forfeiture of all bonuses and winnings.
• Multiple Bonuses at Once: Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly stated otherwise.

07Betting Rules

The following general rules apply when placing bets on 385bet. Additional rules may apply for specific games or sports.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a bet is not completed due to a technical error, the stake will be refunded.
• If an event is cancelled in Sports Betting, the stake will be refunded.
• Bets placed at incorrect odds may be voided at the admin's discretion.
• Any attempt at match fixing or unfair advantage will result in all related bets being voided and the account being closed.
• 385bet reserves the right to set betting limits. Large wins may be subject to manual review.

08Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 385bet. Any violation will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds:

• Fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Creating multiple accounts or misusing bonuses.
• Depositing through money laundering or illegal funds.
• Attempting to hack the system or exploit vulnerabilities.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Assisting anyone under the age of 18 to gamble.
• Placing bets or managing an account on behalf of a third party.

09Responsible Gaming

385bet believes gaming should be a source of entertainment, not addiction. We are committed to promoting responsible gaming:

• Deposit Limit: You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Self-Exclusion: If you feel that gaming is harming you, you can apply to self-exclude for a period of 6 months to 5 years.
• Cooling-Off Period: You can take a break ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.

• Technical issues with a third-party payment gateway.
• Any loss resulting from sharing your password or login credentials with another person.
• Service disruptions due to unexpected server downtime or scheduled maintenance.

385bet is committed to maintaining the highest standard of service. However, in the event of a technical issue, the maximum compensation for any single incident shall not exceed BDT 5,000.

12Account Closure & Termination

Both you and 385bet may close the account at any time.

• If you choose to close your account: Contact the support team and complete any applicable withdrawals before your account is closed.
• In the event of closure by 385bet: Violating our terms may result in account closure without notice. Any valid balance will be returned.
• Inactive Account: An account may be declared inactive after 12 months of no activity, and a maintenance fee may apply.

Relevant clauses of these Terms will remain in effect even after account closure, particularly those relating to dispute resolution and liability.
